Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdates
  2. 1/2 cup almonds
  3. 1/2 cup cashews
  4. 1/4 cup pumpkin seed
  5. 2 tablespoonskhus khus/ poppy seeds

Cooking Instructions

    PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN USE NUTS AND SEEDS IF YOUR CHOICE.

    ❄Cook dates just for a minute so that they become soft and are easy to grind. If not using seedless dates, first remove the seeds.
    ❄Now in a blender, blend dates to a coarse paste. Keep aside.
    ❄Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan, and roast chooped almonds, cashews. I pulsed the dry fruits once, you can chop manually also.
    ❄Make sure you done chop them finely or blend to a powder, since then ladoos will not be crunchy.

    Now add pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds and roast for 2 minutes.
    ❄add in the dates pastes and mix everything well.
    ❄switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down a little.
    ❄make ladoos while the mixture is still warm.
