Ingredients

  1. Dates 500 grams seedless and chopped
  2. Almonds 100 grams roughly crushef
  3. Pistachio 100 grams roughly crushed
  4. 1/2 tspElaichi powder
  5. 2 tspGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped dates.

  2. 2

    Saute for 5 minutes by stirring and mashing with spoon.

  3. 3

    Add crushed dry fruits,keep some for garnish,add elaichi powder and stir well until soft.

    Its done now remove from pan.

    Take a plastic wrap put this mixture and roll it into a cyindrical shape.

    Seal the sides and keep in freezer for 10 to 20 minutes until it becomes hard now.

    Remove the cling wrap and slice them into disc shape.

  8. 8

    Garnish with dry fruits.
