Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsDates
  2. 100 gmsAlmonds
  3. 50 gmsPistachios
  4. 50 gmsCashew nuts
  5. 30 gmsGhee
  6. 2 tbspPoppy seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Deseed and chop the dates.

    Coarsely grind the nuts.

    Heat ghee in a pan.

    Add in dates and fry till softened.

    Add in nuts and stir well.

  6. 6

    Put the mixture on cling film.

  7. 7

    Gather the mixture to make a log.

    Sprinkle poppy seeds all over.

    Wrap it with cling film.

  10. 10

    Refrigerate until firm.

    Cut into slices.

  12. 12

    Serve straight away.
