I'm not good in baking but I start the baking for cookpad this orange cake is my 3rd cake 1st I try tea cake for cooksnap to Shaiq Gulzar's lamingtons
2nd I try for cooksnap to Misbah Saddiqui's teacake
And this one I make for especially Cookpad's birthday celebration
Made with fresh orange juice, zest and Caramelized orange slices
Soft and fluffy orange cake with tender crumb, melt in the mouth texture and bright orange flavour with a perfect balance between sweet and zesty.
It is everything I had hoped for more. I was literally moaning the first time I took a bite of it . It's that good!
Simple, soft, moist ,tender, fluffy flavourful and slices like butter.
