Ingredients

  • Caramel syrup
  • 200 gramsSugar (caramelized)
  • 200 mlWater
  • 5 mediumEggs
  • 75Sweetend condensed milk
  • 200 gramsUnsalted butter (melted)
  • 100 gramsAll purpose flour
  • 1 tspBaking soda
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1 pinchSalt

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Make the caramel syrup first then let it cooling down.

  2. 2

    Beat eggs until pale color.

  3. 3

    Add sweetend condensed milk.

  4. 4

    Mix baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour. Add it to the beaten egg.

  5. 5

    Add the caramel syrup.

  6. 6

    Add the melted butter. Mix it well.

  7. 7

    *prepare the baking pan and preheat the oven 180°celcius before make the batter.

  8. 8

    Pour the batter to the baking pan.

  9. 9

    Back for 45 minutes at 180°F Celcius
