First prepare the stuffing- in one cooking pot add some oil,And then add ginger garlic paste. After five minutes add all the vegetables and salty and the water dries out.

Now add boiled and chopped shrimps and all the sauces mentioned in the list.Mix everything will and keep the stuffing for cooling.

Now add all the dough ingredients in the bowl and make Momo dough.Let it to rest for 10 minutes after that you can start making the momos.

Once dumplings are ready put little oil in a nonstick pan and keep momos on the hot pan and roast for five minutes on the medium flame. Knitted coloured nice brown.

Now in the small bowl take cornflour and water and salt mix it and pour the mixture into the pan.immediately close the lid of the pan and make the flame low for 5 to 10 minutes.

Let the water dry out and your crispy dumplings are ready.
