Cooking Instructions

In a hot milk add oil and sugar and mix until sugar dissolves.

Then in another bowl add flour, semolina, sesame seeds, coconut and cardamom powder and mix with spoon.

Then add milk mixture in the dry ingredients gradually and knead to form a dough. And leave to sit for 30 minutes.

Now roll the dough and cut in round shape. And in preheated oil deep fry all tikkiyan until light brown.
