Ingredients

  1. 250 gground pork
  2. 1egg
  3. Shallots minced
  4. Carrots grated
  5. Salt
  6. Black pepper
  7. Spring roll wrapper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients.Then scoop one tsp of ground pork then place in a wrapper then roll it.Seal the wrapper edge with water

    Heat a wok and add cooking oil.Fry spring roll over medium flame.
