My Easy Ground Turkey and Veggies

Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  1. 1 cupany pasta
  2. 2 tbspolive oil
  3. 1medium white onion (sliced)
  4. 1 lbground turkey
  5. 1 tsppaprika
  6. 1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. 2Zuchinnis circular cut ½ inch
  9. 2yellow squash circular cut ½ inch
  10. 1 (5 oz)can mushrooms
  11. 2garlic cloves minced
  12. 1 tspdried basil
  13. 1/4 cupparmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a medium pot, Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

    In a large pan add olive oil and onions, cook until translucent. Now add turkey, paprika, red pepper and salt, cook until done.

    Add squash and zucchini, mushrooms and garlic. Cook until soft. Cover and let cook until veggies are soft.

  4. 4

    Drain the pasta and return to the pot. Cover and set aside.

  5. 5

    Add the turkey mixture, the remaining olive oil amd basil to the pasta pot.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when serving (or mix in just prior to serving).

I get to share my recipes with others.8. Making memories.9. It's a continuous learning process.10. Cheaper than eating out.11. It saves the expenses.12. Makes me a happier person.13. Boosts my confidence.14. It's fun to mess with different ingredients.15. Makes me more creative.16. Getting those praises and comments makes it all worth it.17. I'm half Italian and Irish.
