Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsSoaked rice
  2. 1Onion
  3. 500 gmBoiled Beef (with bones)
  4. 1/2 cupFried onion
  5. 4-5Tomatoes
  6. 1 cupSpring onion
  7. 1 tspRed chili flakes
  8. Crushed red chilies to taste
  9. Oil as required
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 3-4 clovesGarlic
  12. 4Green chilies
  13. 1 tbspCumin
  14. 1 pieceBay leaf
  15. 1 tbspCrushed dry coriander
  16. 1 tbspCrushed fennel seeds
  17. 1 tspBlack pepper corn
  18. Salt to taste
  19. 3Whole red chilies
  20. 2Star anise
  21. 6Cloves
  22. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  23. Oil as required
  24. 3 cupsBeef stock
  25. Chopped spring onions for garnishing
  26. Tomato for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker, add onion, garlic, beef, whole spices, red chilies, crushed coriander and crushed fennel seeds.
    Mix well and allow it to boil for about 10-15 minutes.
    Now separate beef and its water in a pan.

    Then in a wok heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste for about 2 minutes.
    Now add boiled beef, tomatoes, fried onion, red chili flakes, salt and green chilies. Cook well for about 2-3 minutes.

    Then add beef’s stock and rice.
    Cover and cook properly for about 15 minutes on a low flame.

    Lastly garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
