  • 500 gchinese cabbage
  • 1 tspmineral salt
  • 20 mlregular soy sauce

    Dip chinese cabbage into water and wash with hands carefully.

  2. 2

    Cut it in a tea bag size.

  3. 3

    Dry it for 3 hours.

  4. 4

    Put mineral salt.

  5. 5

    Put soy sauce and stir.

  6. 6

    Keep it in a fridge and pray for 1 day.
