Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsbeef mince
  2. 2small onions chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1n 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1 tspred chili powder
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  7. 1 1/2 tspdhania powder
  8. 3 tbspoil
  9. 1 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. Water as required
  11. 1 tspchopped green chili
  12. 3 tbspchopped green coriander
  13. 650 gramsrice
  14. 2 tbspcrushed ginger garlic
  15. Pulao tarka
  16. 1small onion sliced
  17. 1 tspcumin seeds
  18. 1 stickcinnamon
  19. 1bay leaf
  20. 5/6cloves
  21. 5/6whole black pepper
  22. Pinchnutmeg/mace
  23. 1/2 tspcrushed garlic
  24. 1 tspcrushed or chopped ginger
  25. Water according to rice quantity
  26. 1/2 cupspring onion leaves chopped
  27. Mint raita,tomato n green onion leaves for garnish
  28. 1/4 cupoil
  29. 1 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For preparing mince put oil in pan n add mince,ginger garlic,salt,red chilli,dhania powder,almost 2 cups of water n bring to boil.cook covered on medium low flame till mince is done.

    When water dries out a little add in cumin seeds,garam masala powder,chopped tomato,onions,chilies n green coriander n saute well till water dries out.Set aside.

    In a separate pan heat oil n add the sliced onions fry till golden brown,add ginger garlic,salt n whole garam masala then saute well n add the prepared mince,soaked n drained rice n water according to rice quantity n let cook.

    When water is almost dried,add half of the spring onions n put on dum on low flame for 10 minutes.Take out in a dish n garnish with sime more onions n tomatoes n serve hot.

    Enjoy with mint raita.
