  10. Phyllo sheets (I used manda patti especially samosa patti)

Cooking Instructions

20 min
  1. 1

Cut two samosa patti in half place them in the bottom of a greased pan now one by one place each sheet in a pan so that half side of the sheet is left out side

  2. 2

In a large bowl with a whisk, beat the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper together on high speed until completely combined, about 1 minute.take out tbsp from it in a bowl and mixed with tbsp of milk

  3. 3

Add all the ingredients in the eggs pour the egg mixture on the lined pan

  4. 4

Now cover the egg with remaining part of sheets do this in clockwise

  5. 5

Finally brush the egg and milk mixture on it drizzle in sides too

  6. 6

Now choice is yours you can bake it until the top and sides become golden brown I do it on stove on a very slow heat for 10 min each side (means after 10 min I turn the whole pan upside down) and again cook for 10 minutes

  7. 7

When it done take it out and serve by cutting slices

  8. 8
