2 ingredients simple yet filling recipe for your little one's. This one is sure to impress them and make them go for it on any day. The best part is that it can be stored in airtight containers and enjoyed as needed. I have used Kimia Dates for this. You can use any variety of them that are easily available to you.
This can be a great option for everyday Snacking. An afterschool quick munchie or a super delicious and a healthy Brunch on a weekend as well. The list is endless.
I usually pack these in their Lunchboxes too so that they can have them during the short break. And it's perfectly okay to eat these on a daily basis as the growing children needs lots of nutritional goodness in their diet. Almonds, Cashewnuts, Walnuts etc also make other lovely variations that one can try.

Wash and deseed all the Dates at first. Stuff each one of it with a whole Pistachio.
