Ingredients

30-40 mins
4_5 servings
  1. 4potatoes boiled
  2. 1 cupshredded cabbage
  3. 3/4 cuponion chopped
  4. 1 tbspGreen chillies chopped
  5. Green coriander chopped
  6. 1 tbspdhania powder
  7. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspRoasted zeera crushed
  9. 1-1/2 tsp salt or according to taste
  10. 1-2eggs beaten
  11. Bread crumbs as required
  12. Oil for shallow frying

Cooking Instructions

30-40 mins

    Boil potatoes and mash them. Cut and chop all vegetables and mix together

  2. 2

    Add all seasonings and mix well.

  3. 3

    Make round cutlets shape and coat with beaten eggs and than roll them in bread crumbs. Keep them in fridge for 30_40 mins and then shallow fry them in medium hot oil till golden brown from both sides. Take them out and serve with sauces.
