Bacon and Spinach Quiche Bacon and Spinach Quiche
I wanted to serve something like this for brunch. I made mine easily with frozen puff pastry. It's easier if you bake the puff pastry on the day before making the quiche. I recommend using a chunk of cheese; preferably parmigiano reggiano or comte! It really makes it different from when you use store-bought grated cheese or easy melting cheese. Bacon and Spinach Penne Pasta Bacon and Spinach Penne Pasta
I gave a little twist to my simple spaghetti dish by using penne.Penne takes a bit longer to cook (13-14 minutes) than regular spaghetti (7 minutes), so it may be best to start sautéing the ingredients after the penne is added to the boiling water.Season well with salt and pepper. Spinach and Bacon Quiche Spinach and Bacon Quiche
The 'Best Before' date on the loaf of bread was close, so I decided to make some tasty quiches.Instead of bread, you can use frozen pie crust. Alternatively, you can pour the quiche filling into a ramekin (small oven-proof dish) without bread. It is nice! With or without bread crust, your choice! Recipe by Tomomaki0313 cookpad.japan -

Sautéed Spinach with Bacon and Eggs Sautéed Spinach with Bacon and Eggs
I know that you often see this combination of ingredients, but I've been making this for breakfast since it's so nutritious and easy. It became even more delicious with grated cheese and has become our regular menu.* This recipe uses boiled spinach. If you cook the spinach beforehand (and freeze it), you can make this even busy mornings.* You can substitute ham or wiener sausages for bacon, and komatsuna for spinach.* Adjust the amount of grated cheese to your liking. Add lots if you really like. It'll add fragrance, but will make it more fattening. For 1-2 servings. Recipe by rose12 cookpad.japan -
