Try different spices and different meats to put your peronal touch on this simple breakfast treat
Cooking Instructions

In 10" nonstick pan cook bacon thoroughly

While bacon is sizzling away, crack eggs into small bowl and add spices. Mix until texture is smooth

When bacon is done, drain off excess grease. Pour egg mixture directly into pan with bacon over medium /low heat

Allow eggs to set a bit and then begin to scramble them up. Cook until desired "tightness' of eggs

Remove from heat and add the shredded cheese. Mix until melted.

Heat tortillas in microwave for 10 seconds. Place tortilla on plate and pour your creation onto it. Wrap it up and enjoy...
