Wanted some traditional shrimp stew but didn't not feel like making the roux. So need a shorter and quicker fix.

Season the shrimp with Cajun season and set a side

In large pot cook onions, bell pepper, and garlic until tender.

Add tomato soup and water allow to simmer for about 20 minutes.

Add frozen vegetables. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes.

Add shrimp and allow to cook until shrimp are pink. Add additional seasoning if need.

Serve over rice and enjoy.
