Ingredients

  1. 1 lbraspberries
  2. 2 tspcornstarch
  3. 1 tbsplemon juice
  4. 2 tbsphoney
  5. 5 ozred snapper fillets
  6. 3 tbspolive oil
  7. 1/2 tspwhite pepper

Cooking Instructions

    puree the raspberries in a food processor, pass through a fine sieve

    pour into a sauce pan, and bring yo a boil

  3. 3

    blend the cornstarch with the lemon juice, whisk into the sauce along with the honey. simmer until thick

  4. 4

    brush the fillet with the oil, then season them lightly with pepper

  5. 5

    grill over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side, brushing with sauce frequently

  6. 6

    serve with the remaining sauce

  7. 7
