Ingredients

  1. Chapati
  2. 3 cupsflour
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1/4 tspsugar
  5. 1/2 cupoil
  6. 2 cupscold water

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl

    Make a well, add the oil and knead with the water until the dough is smooth but not sticky

  3. 3

    Leave for 15 mins covered with a damp warm cloth

  4. 4

    Start the preparation of the dough and leave for another 10 mins

  5. 5

    Roll out while cooking

  6. 6

    Serve with beef stew and vegetable salad

  7. 7

    Enjoy
