I did not like to make roti at home but my husband loves ghr ki bani roti. So I started making at home now I am good in it. Here are some tips I wana share to make soft roti.
#Tip 1. Use 1 table spoon oil in flour before knead then mix with soft hands.
#Tip 2. Knead well until you get a smooth mixture.
#Tip 3. When you are done with kneading spread a bit oil on the knead flour.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupflour (chakki ata and refined ata mixed)
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. 1 tbsOil
  4. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the flour first.

    Add a pinch salt and oil and mix it.

  3. 3

    With required water knead the flour to form a soft dough. Cover and keep to sit for half an hour.

    Take a ball size dough and make a paira.

  5. 5

    Roll this paira round. Use dry flour if required.

  6. 6

    Spread the roti on hot tawa.

  7. 7

    When partially cook flip the roti. And cook the other side.

    Flip the roti again and again until completely cook. Your soft roti is ready.
