Ingredients

4-8 servings
  1. 1 packetvermicelli (sawaiyan)
  2. 1 cupbutter
  3. 1 packCondensed milk
  4. For Topping
  5. 1/2 cupAlmonds
  6. 1/2 cupCashew nuts
  7. 1/2 cupPistachio
  8. For sugar syrup
  9. 1 cupwhite sugar
  10. 1 cupwater
  11. 2 tbsplemon juice
  12. 2cardamom

Cooking Instructions

    Ready all the Ingredients.

    Prepare the sugar syrup, by adding water sugar,lemon juice and cardamom and keep aside.

    Melt butter n keep aside.

  4. 4

    In Roasted n crushed vermicelli add half of the melted butter and condensed milk n mixed well.

  5. 5

    Take an oven tray brush little butter on the tray then add crushed vermicelli n press down lightly with spoon to flatten.

    Once you done with vermicelli pour some little butter again and start setting nuts on top of vermicelli.

    Preheat oven 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.

    When baked immediately pour cold sugar syrup evenly over the hot nuts kunafa.

  9. 9

    Let cool completely to room temperature then slice in squares and serve.
