Cara Memasak

Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly coat 9x5 loaf pan with butter/oil and line with baking paper. Set aside.

Sift all dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, using a mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add in eggs in sugar mixture, one by one. Followed by mashed bananas and mix until combined.

Slowly add sifted dry ingredients to banana mixture and mix until flour is just combined. DO NOT OVERMIX!

Fold in floured covered strawberries.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pans and bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.
REDUCE heat to 175°C and bake for an additional 30 minutes until edges are slightly brown or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. - 8
Let cool completely before removing from loaf pans.
