Ingredients

  1. For Puri
  2. 3 bowlwheat flour
  3. 1 tspajwain/carrom seeds
  4. as neededOil
  5. 3 tspsooji
  6. For chane
  7. 2 cupboiled chane(chickpeas)
  8. 1 cuponion puree
  9. 2 cuptomato puree
  10. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  11. To tastesalt and red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  14. 1 tspchana masala
  15. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a big bowl add wheat flour,suji,salt oil as required,ajwain and required water and make a dough.

    Heat oil in deep pan take a some dough and make a shape of small roti and fry it.

    Puri is ready.

    Now take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds now add onion puree,ginger, garlic paste cook it till them brown now add tomato puree cook it 10min.

    Now add all spices mix it well and cook it 8-9 min.

    Then add boiled chane and required chana water.

    Cook it for 5 min

    Serve with lemon onion.
