Ingredientes

  1. scant 2 1/2 cups coarse polenta flour
  2. 2/3cup butter, cut into 4 pieces
  3. 5ounces Gorgonzola cheese, sliced
  4. salt
  5. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated, to serve

    Make a fairy stiff polenta with 5 cups salted water

  2. 2

    Preheat the oven to 350 ºF

  3. 3

    Pour the polenta into soup plates or individual ovenproof dishes while it is still hot

  4. 4

    Put a piece of butter en the middle of each, pushing it down slightly into the polenta, and lay a small slice of Gorgonzola on the top

  5. 5

    Bake until the butter and Gorgonzola have completely melted

  6. 6

    Serve with Parmesan
