Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 250 gmFrench Beans
  2. 2small potatoes (cut it into pieces)
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1green chilli chopped
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspAmchur powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. 1 pinchhing
  12. 2-3 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the beans and cut it into pieces

    Take a walk heat oil, add cumin seeds and Hing. Saute it, add chopped onions and green chilli, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes add beans and potato. Mix it well cook it on low heat until potato become soft

    Add turmeric powder, salt, Amchur powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix it well.

    Cook on medium flame. Stir. Turn off the flame.

  5. 5

    Transfer it in a serving bowl.
