Fried bitter ground with egg is a simple dish that can be made without too much effort and in a short amount of time. The process of making it is easy, heat the pan, sauté the shallot and add in bitter gourd, turmeric powder and eggs.

  4. 1 tbspChili paste
  5. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 2Eggs
  7. 400 gBitter gourd, centre part removed, sliced
  8. 1 tbspRasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning

Cara Memasak

    Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry shallots, garlic and chili paste until fragrant.

    Add in bitter gourd, stir-fry until half cooked.

  3. 3

    Add in turmeric powder, stir for a while.

    Season with Rasa Sifu™.

    Add in egg and stir-fry until cooked.

    Ready to serve.
