Peanut Sundal
Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak Peanuts for 4-5 hours.
Firstly take a pressure cooker to add to soaked peanuts with 11/2 cup of water pressure cook for 3 whistles then turn off the flame. - 2
Now tempering: heat a pan with oil add mustard urad dal seed then add dry red chili, and curry leaves sauté a few minutes. Now pour the boiled peanut and mix well.

Then add carrot, mango, coconut, and salt and mix it well. Then turn off the flame.

Peanut Sundal is ready Serve hot and enjoy.
