Steps

Pour in water in a pressure pot add in stock fish and Pomo with pinch of salt cover the pot and cook them

In a pot add in palm oil and bring to boil then add in chop onions then cooked stock fish with Pomo and stir well

Cooked Pomo and stock fish

Add in cray fish and cooked (tomatoes peppers and onion) spices and seasonings then fried meat

Mix your Egusi with onions and water and scop in the soup and cover to cook

Add in ogu leaf and meat broth

Stir well and add in spinach then Italian seasoning

Stir well and cover to cook for 5minutes
