Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1egg
  2. 1ripe plantain
  3. Salt
  4. Vegetable oil
  5. 1/4 teaspoonCurry
  6. 1/2Onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice the plantain add a pinch of salt.fry with vegetable oil for few minutes.

  2. 2

    Break and whisk egg in a bowl add salt and curry.

  3. 3

    Heat up vegetable oil then add onion to fry for 40seconds then pour in the egg and allow it to fry till is formed.
