Yesterday i took my time and made this breakfast and i love it.
Cooking Instructions

Slice plantain and fry in veg oil.

Cut the fresh pepper and onion.break and whisk eggs in a bowl.add salt and curry.
- 3
Fry the onion and fresh pepper the n pour in the egg and stir.fry for just 2mins.
