    Slice plantain and fry in veg oil.

  2. 2

    Cut the fresh pepper and onion.break and whisk eggs in a bowl.add salt and curry.

  3. 3

    Fry the onion and fresh pepper the n pour in the egg and stir.fry for just 2mins.
