Mix powdered milk with little water and add egg and whisk, add flavor

Combine flour and baking powder, sugar and nutmeg

Pour d wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix 2 form a smooth dough.. kneed for about 30mins and set aside. Let it rest for 1hr

Flatten the dough and cut into pieces

Deep fry using veg oil under medium heat

Serve wit hot beverages or soft drink
