3. Place on kitchen towel to absorb excess oil, then blanch 1 min 放在廚房紙吸乾多餘油份,然後氽水1分鐘

4. Pan-fried chilli and minced garlic 爆香辣椒和蒜蓉
5. Add in beans, then cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and a little bit water 加入豆、料理酒丶𧐢油丶鹽糖及少許水
6. Cook 2 mins 煮2分鐘
