Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius/ 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cake pan (26cm) with butter and flour.

Combine filling mixture in a small bowl until thickened and throughly combined. Combine dough mixture in a big bowl using your hands. Dough consistency should hold a solid shape when rolled. Add more flour untuk not sticky.

Dust a cutting mat with a generous coat of flour. Using a rolling pin, flatten and shape dough into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle. Distribute all filling mixture on top evenly, roll horizontally so that it creates a spiral tube. Handroll until thickness is even all along the tube.

Cut into 12 even pieces and distribute them tightly in the prepared cake pan.

In it goes to the oven for 15-20 minutes. Test the center part of the dough with a toothpick to see if it is cooked all the way through (toothpick should be clear and clean)

FROSTING: Mix cream cheese with castor sugar and vanilla, add milk slowly until it reaches a fla consistency. Pour on the cinnamon rolls and serve warm.
