Clean the pork liver with corn flour, salt, then rinse (repeated twice) 加生粉、鹽揸出血水,重複兩次

Add salt, soy sauce, pepper, ginger (oil, corn flour optional), stay 15mins 加鹽,胡椒(豉油,薑絲,油,生粉)醃15分鐘

Boil the kidney bean for 3 mins until color change 滾水加鹽油,淥四季豆3分鐘至轉色

大火爆薑絲,落豬潤𦟌炒,細中細火加蒜頭,落四季豆加水,加蓋煮3-4分鐘轉淋(可加豉油調味)
