預備食材

  1. 白蘿蔔Daikon Radish) 300 g
  2. 紅蘿蔔carrot 150 g
  3. 豆腐皮(Aburaage) 1片
  4. 香菇(large Shiitake mushroom) 1朵
  5. 蒟蒻麵(Shirataki) 200 g
  6. 以下備料為煮豆腐皮、香菇和蒟蒻麵
  7. 香菇水(Shiitake soaked water) 1杯
  8. 鰹魚粉(Dashi powder) 1大匙
  9. 糖(Sugar) 2茶匙
  10. 醬油(Soy sauce) 1茶匙
  11. 以下為甜醋備料:
  12. 米醋(Rice vinegar) 50 ml
  13. 糖(Sugar) 2大匙
  14. 鹽巴(Salt) 1/4茶匙

料理步驟

  1. 1

    將白蘿蔔和紅蘿蔔洗淨切絲。Shred Daikon and carrot finely

  2. 2

    把蒟蒻、豆腐皮和香菇切成相同尺寸。Shred Shiitake, Aburaage and Shirataki same size.

    在白蘿蔔絲和紅蘿蔔絲上灑一撮鹽巴,直到白蘿蔔絲變軟。Sprinkle Daikon and carrot with a pinch of salt and wait till Daikon softened.

    擠壓白蘿蔔絲和紅蘿蔔絲,使其變軟。Squeeze Daikon and carrot softly.

  5. 5

    將香菇水倒入豆腐皮、蒟蒻、香菇、鰹魚粉、糖和醬油,烹煮10分鐘,直到變軟再將水瀝乾。Cook Aburaage, Shiitake and Shirataki in Shiitake water with seasoning for 10 minutes. Drain softly.

  6. 6

    將步驟4和步驟5的食材混合在一起,再倒入甜醋(米醋+糖+鹽巴)混合均勻,再灑上芝麻就完成了。Mix Daikon carrot and Shirataki mixture with sweet vinegar seasoning mixture. Put sesame.
