Steps

Make the chocolate:
Melt the cacao butter in a double boiler. Take off the heat.
Add the maple syrup, cacao powder and salt. - 2
Add the mushroom extracts. And stir well.

Fold in the quinoa.

Spoon out as a thin layer onto a lined tray. Or into moulds. Add a sprinkle of salt. And put in the fridge until set.
