Classic deviled egg recipes seem mostly designed to hide their main ingredient. If I've got a good batch of eggs, adding a bunch of mayo and pickles doesn't really do them justice. This recipe is still a work in progress. I'll make some adjustments over time. If you give it a try, you should feel free to adjust the ingredient amounts to your liking.

I have altered this recipe to perfection at last! It started based on my aunt Donna's deviled eggs. But I found that sour cream makes a better base than mayo and is slightly healthier. The sriacha garlic sauce adds a nicer flavor with the heat than traditional Tabasco sauce.

My family has handed this recipe down for at least 3 generations and it's a huge family staple at our holidays. The theory behind this is the dirtier a martini the more olive juice so it's the same with these dirty deviled eggs.However that being said I don't know actual measurements you kind of have to mix and taste to your liking. So the measurements I listed are guesstimates.
