Ingredients

45 mins
  1. 3ripe banana's
  2. 1/2 cuphoney
  3. 1/2 tspcinnamon
  4. 1 cupwholemeal self raising flour
  5. 1/2 cupflax meal
  6. 1/2 cupalmond meal
  7. 1/2 cupsoft organic butter or rice bran oil
  8. 3/4 cupchopped walnuts
  9. 1 tbspsunflower seeds
  10. 2eggs

Cooking Instructions

45 mins
  1. 1

    In a stand mixer, whisk eggs and oil and add cinnamon and honey.whisk until creamy.

    Add mashed banana's mix well.

  3. 3

    Add flour, almond and flax meal. Combine gently

  4. 4

    Add walnuts and seeds, fold gently

  5. 5

    Bake for about 45-50 mins in preheated oven at 170 C
