When you have left over beef Bolognese sauce this justs changes it in a fun way #funfood #lunch #dinner #leftovers

Ingredients

30-35 mins
6 servings
  1. 2defrosted shop bought shortcrust pastry
  2. 3 cupsleft over meat sauce
  3. 1egg beaten for wash
  4. 6 slicesgouda cheese

Cooking Instructions

30-35 mins
  1. 1

    Place pastry on a lined baking tray

  2. 2

    Then put a 1/2 cup of the meat sauce on the pastry creating 6 sections

  3. 3

    Top each mixture with cheese

  4. 4

    Place the other pastry ontop and slice the sections out to have 6 individuals tarts

  5. 5

    Press the pastry closed with a fork brush with beaten egg

  6. 6

    Bake until Brown and around 30-35 mins....enjoy
