Ingredients

1 hours
7 to 6 servings
  • 1 cupchana dal over night soak
  • 2red chilli
  • 2 inchginger
  • 2-3garlic cloves
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 2 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  • as neededoil for frying

  1. 1

    Take a mixer grander add chana daal and 2 tbsp chana daal keep a side, add red chilli, ginger garlic piece, grander not a little bit finely.

  2. 2

    TAKE a bowl add mixture of daalwada green chilli chopped salt to taste add coriander powder add turmeric powder than mix it well take some mixture in hand and make medium size tikki.

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil and low to medium flame add tikkis until golden brown and remove it daalwada is ready serve daalwada with green chutney.
