Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsrice flour
  2. 100 gramstapioca flour
  3. 300 gramssugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 900-950 mlcoconut milk (medium thickness)
  6. To taste food coloring (I used green and pink)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

First mix all the dry ingredients together, add the coconut milk a little at a time so that it doesn't get gnarled, then stir until everything is well blended and the coconut milk runs out.

  2. 2

Next, heat the steamer, grease the pan with a little oil.

  3. 3

Then divide the dough into 3 parts and give the coloring according to taste.  (I used green and pink, and left one white, stirring until the color is even.

  4. 4

Pour the dough into the pan (you can use a measure so that the thickness is the same), steam until the surface is solid, about 5 minutes using medium heat.  Pour the next layer and do it until the dough runs out.  After that, add 20 minutes of mucus.

  5. 5

After cooking, remove it from the steamer and let it cool completely, just cut it, cover the knife with plastic so it's neat.
