Omelette with caramelised onion, bacon and oyster sauce

Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 135 gramonion
  3. 1 tspoyster sauce
  4. Sliced bacon
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. 1tbps butter

Cooking Instructions

    Thinly slice the onion.

    Melt the butter in pan and sauté the onion until they have softened and slightly browned. Remove from the pan and add into a bowl, along with eggs, oyster sauce, pepper and salt. Whisk lightly.

    Pour into pan and add bacon on top. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes or until the base are well cooked.

    Flip over and continue simmer until completely cooked.

    Slide onto a plate to serve. Add tartar sauce or mayonnaise.
