Curry Pilaf with Chicken in Tomato-Cream Sauce Curry Pilaf with Chicken in Tomato-Cream Sauce
I wanted to make a fun meal that was very original and that people wouldn't get tired of. It had to be inexpensive and delicious, too. I don't know if a dish like this already exists, but I thought it sounded like a good combination and tried it out. Result: it was very tasty, so I turned it into a recipe.I wasn't sure whether I should stir fry the flour with the chicken, but mixing it with milk worked fine. In Step 6, simmer the sauce for 1-2 minutes after it's bubbling. If you use cream instead of milk, the sauce will be quite rich. You could blend milk and cream, too. For 4 servings. Sole Meunière - Mushroom Soy Cream Sauce Sole Meunière - Mushroom Soy Cream Sauce
I had sole meuniere in Belgium, and I was blown away by the dish (I'd never had it before).I happened to find some sole at the supermarket near to our house, so I cooked it with mushroom cream sauce.Do not bring the sauce to a boil once you add the soy milk. If you bring it to a boil, it will separate, and it won't look or taste nice. It's rather difficult to fillet the sole, so ask the fishmonger to do it for you. Soft Egg Omelet and Komatsuna Spinach with Thickened Chinese Style Sauce Soft Egg Omelet and Komatsuna Spinach with Thickened Chinese Style Sauce
I don't like the bitterness of komatsuna spinach... I was inspired by "poohtomo-san"'s recipe Simple Green Vegetables with Egg White Thick Sauce.※ I changed the quantity of ingredients on November 2.The key to this recipe is the very soft omelet!Pour in the beaten eggs into a very hot frying pan and stir quickly 3 or 4 times. Once the edge of the omelet is set transfer onto the fried komatsuna spinach! The mild flavour of the soft omelet kills the bitterness of komasuna spinach. Your children will love this too!
