My version of Red Snapper

There are many recipes for this drink but mine was prompted by the cocktails offered on a BA flight. It’s sort of a Bloody Mary but with gin instead of vodka. Since I like gin but not vodka this seemed worth playing with. Note that I kept these glasses not quite full for the photos. This is a seriously alcoholic and spicy drink! So please do not drive afterwards or otherwise act irresponsibly. One glass is nice, two are very nice but three would be excessive. Note that this cocktail is stirred but never shaken!
