Blender bread is a quick and easy homemade bread recipe that can be prepared with minimal effort and equipment.
Quick, simple, foolproof...and delicious! Also keep in mind that you can play with the flavors here and substitute the milk with other liquid ingredients, including fruit juices and nondairy milk substitutes.
The bread can be used for sandwiches, French toast, or enjoyed on its own.

Blender bread is a quick and easy homemade bread recipe that can be prepared with minimal effort and equipment.
Quick, simple, foolproof...and delicious! Also keep in mind that you can play with the flavors here and substitute the milk with other liquid ingredients, including fruit juices and nondairy milk substitutes.
The bread can be used for sandwiches, French toast, or enjoyed on its own.
Cooking Instructions

In a blender add 2 eggs, yeast, sugar, olive oil and milk. Blend till smooth.

Pour the mixture in a bowl and add the flour.

Mix with a spatula till sticky dough is obtained.

Using 2 spoons, spoon the dough in prepared loaf pan.

Slightly oil the back of the spoon and level the dough.

Cover and let rise for 1 hour or till double in size.

Preheat oven 180C/356F.

Brush the dough with beaten egg and bake for 40-45 minutes or till golden brown and toothpick tester comes out clean.

Remove and cool in pan and then on remove and cool completely on wire rack.

Slice and enjoy homemade bread.
