Peach Cobbler

It’s snowing and cold so I wanted something warm and comforting. At the same time, this is great in the summer time! Fresh peaches are where it’s at but canned will do nicely too.

It’s snowing and cold so I wanted something warm and comforting. At the same time, this is great in the summer time! Fresh peaches are where it’s at but canned will do nicely too.
Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 375. In a 9x13 pan, I used a stone pan, melt 1 stick of butter in the oven while it preheats.
- 2
In a separate bowl combine Bisquick, white sugar, half and half, and vanilla. Set aside.
- 3
When the butter melts, add 2 cans peaches in heavy syrup, without draining, over the melted butter in the pan. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the peaches.
- 4
Over the peaches, pour the batter as evenly as you can. Batter will be thick.
- 5
Start checking at 30 mins but Bake for about 45 minutes. When a butter knife comes out clean it’s ready. Let cool and set up. We love it warm with vanilla ice cream!
