  • 2 tbspCheese
  • to tasteBlack pepper powder
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan. Put some oil in it

  2. 2

    On the pan crack the egg and put it over it. Keep in mind the yolk does not spill.

  3. 3

    Put the grated cheese over the slightly cooked egg. Spread some pepper powder over it and simmer the gas. It takes 2 mins for tge whole process. Serve the egg before the yolk tightens
