Take 2 bowls rice. And 1 bowl each urad,toor and chana daal.

Wash and soak rice, toor dal urud dal and Chana dal together for 3 hours and coarsley grind in a blender. Keep the dough in a bowl. Then crush the remaining ingredients in the small chutney bowl of the mixie and add to the dough.

Heat the tawa and pour 1 large spoon of dough and spread. After a minute flip it and cook till brown.The tasty Ada dosa is ready. Serve hot with Sambhar, chutney, curd or honey.
