Heat oil in cooker fry onions till golden brown

Add ginger garlic paste fry 1 minute then add chopped tomato fry 1 more minute.

Then add red chilli coriander cumin turmeric salt garam masala powder fry until oil seperates out then add mutton and fry on high heat till pieces are fried well

Then add 1 cup water close cooker pressure cook until meat is tender

Open lid once pressure is gone add chopped chilies and coriander leaves mix well simmer 2 to 3 minutes then serve with naan roti paratha rice
